What do you mean? Identifying yourself as a "Ukrainian" implies you're a supporter of Stepan Bandera. You can simply say you're a "citizen of Ukraine" and you're fine. Same goes for every nationality – they always carry something more than just "being born there". Identifying yourself as "Polish" implies you're a catholic for example. Not everyone has to feel like a part of any nation; for example I don't.
