How accurate is this Faceapp, anyone used this before HRT and after?

I'm to lazy to post set up and post the images I have, but when I put a pretransition pic of me into it it was surprisingly close to how I ended up after a year of hrt though when I put a current picture in to make a guy me it was super janky and gave me big ears and junk
