I'm new to /lgbt/ and know nothing, but I think it's the one that just prevents the effect of T, not the production. So you will get filled with T that has no effect, and then the body starts turning it into E which may give some boobs?

Bica obviously grows boobs, it's an antiandrogen. You'll get better boobs with estrogen but AAs on their own always cause gyno.

Bica is mainly used because it preserves fertility for quite a long time. So cancer patients on bica for years at a time have a fairly high chance of not going sterile. It still sometimes happens though, nothing is perfect.
