I've never once used Discord in my life.
I also visit /lgbt/ extremely rarely, and the picture of me was taken from another website.

Note how most people here don't even know who I am. The reason for that is: it's mostly one very, very angry tranny who's trying to push a certain meme of posting my face everywhere with negative stuff attached to it. Sometimes he claims that I claim to be a transwoman, sometimes that I've harassed femgen(*), sometimes that I harass lesbians/lesgen(**), sometimes that I pretend to be a lesbian and LARP on lesgen, and I think sometimes it was that I'm just an ultra-conservative guy trying to hijack feminism or something.

(*) If I remember correctly, a femgen thread was the first time on /lgbt/ where I saw my face being posted out of nowhere. I subsequently made fun of the situation and laughed at the anon posting my face, after which both of us were told to fuck off of the thread, after which he began to claim that I've "harassed femgen."

(**) I once visited lesgen to ask them about their political opinions. Someone very, very angry popped up, posting my face and making the usual strange accusations about me. Obviously, it was the same guy from femgen, who I suppose likes to LARP in lesgen, and has been projecting that habit of his onto me. Again, we were told to fuck off for making a scene after his shitposting intensified.

TL;DR: the real cancer is some angry tranny who posts my face everywhere on /lgbt/, uses it to shitpost on femgen, likely LARPs in lesgen, and is overall being a pitiful shitposter without a life.

it's complicated
as someone who accepts the evidence suggesting transition is a legitimate treatment for transsexualism, i think rv-chan is a good candidate for such in the sense that she has that condition and has responded well to hrt, and thus believe it is most accurate to refer to her with female pronouns and terms

Those are two different things. The first is a medical question for medical professionals to deal with. Like any condition, understanding the cause can help the professionals decide how to treat it.

The second is a more complicated social issue. Their sex is a medical question but their gender forces us to ask ourselves what makes someone a man or a woman. Everyone can have their own answer to that and how can we say an answer is right or wrong?

The cause of transsexualism could well matter to a lot of people when it comes to this.
