I thought everything was getting better, but I just keep dwelling over stuff I don't have.
And a weird habit I have Of burning/freezing my skin might have backfired big time. Half my face is swelling up horribly, it might either be falling off or I'm loosing the ability to tell reality.

Not just bdd reasons but sensible ones too. I was trying to stun a muscle with cold. This hasn't happened before and it's worked for tension and pain.
