What does /lgbt/ think about marriage. I know for some it's sort of an outdated Concept, Are you planning to get married someday???
>>8090500
Never
>>8090500
Is that the Russian MtF and cis female couple that got married as a heterosexual couple? Is the MtF the one on the left? I think she might have gotten too much of her jaw removed. I hope that doesn't cause pain or other problems for her. Now or in the future. :(
I hope to get married. But I know that's contingent upon me passing and getting my life together in other ways.
>>8090500
I wish I could... I also want kids...
Closest thing I ever had was when I dated an Israeli guy who had two kids from a previous marriage (he came out very late).
I miss him to terribly so that I still day dream about him
>>8090500
I want to but I doubt it'll happen :<
Also picking between suit and dress would make me implode.
>>8090600
Mtf is actually on the right.
>>8090600
Amazing. Would fuck both.
>>8091037
Damn she looks hot as fuck then! Really well done transition.
>>8091037
So then why does the cis girl look like that?
>>8091429
>cis women d-don't have plastic surgery. T-they're purfect
She just had plastic surgery obviously. Being cis doesn't mean being pleased with appearance.
>>8090500
I want the full normie experience, married and with 2-4 kids. I'm still hoping that being gay and taking a husband instead of a wife won't interfere in my goals.
>>8090500
Yes, i am gay and I'm saving myself for marriage. It's cus of my personal beliefs. Ever since I was a kid I knew I wanna get married and have what my parents never had
>>8090500
If I marry I shit on religious fags.
If I don't I shit on liberal progressive fags.
So technically I cannot make a decision.
>>8091436
Do you think she went to the same surgeon as the MtF? Maybe she thought if she turned out well, she could too.
>>8090600
And now she's in jail, afaik.
>>8090500
Yes, but, which bride carries the other bride over the doorstep?
>>8093232
They both do. Their unrelenting gayness keeps them aloft for short periods of time. Also it's slightly radioactive to outsiders and conservative Christians
>>8093229
Yeah, for two months. She was arrested once on amphetamine possession charges, but the police let her go because they didn't know whether to put her in a cell with men or women. When she got arrested the second time for driving with a fake license, they decided to convict. The judge decided she should be put in a male prison because she was legally and still genitally male. She tried to get put in a female prison, but when that failed, she asked for her own cell. That request was denied, and she's in her prison cell with four men. Obviously she was going to get sent to a male prison. She can't insist she can be married to a woman but can't be sent to a male prison on the grounds that she's legally male.
>>8090500
Ever since I was little I wanted to get married and be some nice Jewish girls wife (I have no idea where the Jewish thing came from). If I can find someone to tollerated my existence, maybe not think I'm a piece of human garbage then yes, I'd love too. Also adopt some kids too since I can't have my because I was sterile before I started taking hormones.
>>8093269
Can you even change your legal gender in Russia though? Also that girl is obviously going to be found dead lol
>>8093269
>She can't insist she can be married to a woman but can't be sent to a male prison on the grounds that she's legally male.
Why not?
>>8093288
Homosexual marriage isn't legal in Russia.
Since she's legally considered male, she used that to her advantage in order to legally marry a cis girl. But being legally male also means you go to the prison for legal males.
>>8093280
I think you can. It sounded like she was in the process of changing it when she was arrested the second time.
>>8093288
Because it's hypocritical. One or the other, and she made her choice.
This is what her choices would look like when they are logically consistent.
1:
>Of course, I'm a man and have the right to marry a woman! How dare you say this is a fag marriage!
>I said I had the right to marry a woman because I'm a man, and I accept that means I must go to a men's prison. If I can legally cohabit with a woman because I am a virile man with a sexual attraction to women, then I can't be kept in a cell with women who may be vulnerable attacks by me, even if I don't have a rapist's character and would never attack them.
2:
>I'm a woman and my partner is a woman. I may legally be considered male, but I won't support the notion that I am a man by taking advantage of something afforded only to heterosexual couples and which other lesbians are denied. I stand in solidarity with my sisters.
>I should not be put in a men's prison because I am a woman and at risk there. I have not acted as a man and am as much a risk to female inmates as other women.
>>8093372
Succint, unlike my autism.
>>8090500
I don't believe the state should be involved in marriage what so ever. With that being said I think any church that was inclined to marry homos should be within their rights to do so.
As long as homos don't start pulling "Palimony" shit with roommates I really couldn't care what they are doing.
Why they would want to get involved in all the legal bullshit that seldom ends well for both partners.
>>8094131
This is what she's said, according to the Daily Mail. She also identifies as androgyne rather than female. Who knows if some of that is due to internalized transphobia and sge feels it's ridiculous to call herself a woman.
>"I'm a guy with a normal orientation and, accordingly, I like women's beauty. And it should be clear my desire, to some extent, is to conform to my ideal."
>"After all, girls are the fairer sex. They are beautiful. So if a guy looks like a girl - it's wonderful."
>>8094224
Well then regardless of possible transphobia she obviously isn't a typical guy and that should be considered for things like prison. Although to be fair the same is true for marriage if it is restricted to opposite-sex pairs, but then the fact they didn't consider her anything else but male for that doesn't excuse them for treating her as male later.
>>8090500
Yes. I don't what will come first though; legal gay marriage or a change of gender marker...
>>8090500
Yes I wanna have a double dress wedding and it's going to be beautiful
>>8095284
What crappy country is that, anon?
>>8095348
Same
>>8090500
>More respect from homophobic parents
>Driven home as an impornant milestone culturally
>Excuse for big party and vacation
>Dem tax and inheritance benefits
Yeah.
Just not sure what to do about last names, though.
>>8090500
Until I can marry an octopus without persecution then my love in still illegal
