Sure, you can just take hormones and not get any surgery, or you can get an orchiectomy if youre mtf or a hysterectomy if youre ftm. I know lots of trans people that keep their genitals.

70 percent of trans women don't get the fucking surgery, either because they're too poor, or because they, like you, are not as dysphoric over their genitals (or at least not enough to ever want to change them in the manner surgery provides).
