That would arguably be the bara genre, which is primarily targeted towards homosexuals compared to most yaoi. Basically femininity in men isn't seen as a gay thing in Japan but bodybuilding is.

Gay guy here who absolutely loves reading yaoi (both porn and non-porn). For me, I like artstyles similar to BL artist Kii Kanna or the anime Tsuritama or the manga Boku no Hero Academia.
