hey so i'm almost 8 months on hrt, and i started lactating in my left boobie a few weeks ago. When its ready i notice a clear drip on the nipple and i know i can squeeze out a good few drips of milk.
But i dont know why its only my left boob, its strange too because my lefty is the smaller one. I always thought my right boob was developing faster, and i play with my right one more because it feels better, so i am surprised i lactate in the left but not the right.
is this normal? or am i in danger of a blocked duct if my right boob doesn't make milk too?too?

estradiol hemihydrate is just estradiol bound to water, which means it can be taken sublingualy and enter the blood stream without needing to be matabalized and separated from a bound salt.
Dutasteride is an alpha 5 reductase inhibitor that blocks the conversion of testosterone into DHT.

As far as I'm aware estradiol hemihydrate is its natural form. Estradiol is hygroscopic so even if your estradiol has a weird carrier salt it ends up as estradiol hemihydrate before it hits your blood stream anyway. It would also gather water during shipping so even if it's dessicated and dry estradiol it ends up as the hemihydrate no matter what.
