I can empathize with their experiences with dysphoria as well as with their extreme amounts of self-deprecation. I also find them attractive, just as I do cis women. Occasionally, there are MtFs who make me wince because they have a significant amount of stereotypically male attitudes, particularly regarding sexuality and social relations. (The trans women who post nudes of themselves, cock in hand and body hair unshaven...) I still see this category of MtFs as women, just somewhat repulsive women. Same way I feel about unkempt fujoshi cis women.
