It is usually just Vitamin E cream and it doesn't work.
Stretch marks are micro-tears in the flesh (scarring) and they are permanent damage that can't be fixed with a cream.

I'm a cis male and I have stretch marks on my chest from lifting weights.
I think most people have stretch marks.
My brother has them on his knees because he is very tall and he grew so fast.
Don't be insecure.

Wouldn't hyaluronic acid injections do the trick then? I hear that's used for keloids and scarred injection sites.
