I found out that im gay as fuck, so yesterday i tried douching myself for the first time. Used the bottle method, did it like 6 times, but started feeling tired so I stopped. Later that day my tummy felt kinda weird, like theres still some water in there. Couldn't shit for the entire day. Now i can shit but just a little bit and it starting to feel very unpleasant. Should I go to a gastroenterologist asap or will it get better?
