hmmmmm pharyngeal resonance was one of those things that just clicks I think, you have to keep trying different motions and movements in your throat until you'll suddenly get it.

did you try the thing where you swallow and focus on what your larynx does when you do? that kinda shows you what muscles you need to control

I have speech therapy covered as part of my transition care package deal but the speech therapist I found was a bit puzzled by my looking for voice feminization. According to her, I've already done that on my own, so we're working on getting rid of tensions, placing my voice and singing technique instead. It's actually pretty fun. She tries to get me to sing something in a different style every week.
