That's AGP. It's not caused by lack of a female partner but it can come to the fore because of it. It's a kind of trans but it depends on your situation if transitioning is right for you.

I think if there were some "curse" and I was forced to be female for the rest of my life, I wouldn't mind it but I'd PROBABLY still pick being male.
