You could improve your looks easily by not wearing a ponytail and letting your hair fall down on your shoulders, resting on your cleavage. That way your shoulders appear smaller. Just look at Blaire White, for example, she does this literally all the time because it's effective. So rule #9: Don't wear your hair on your back!

Why so?

You definitely need a dark foundation for the contouring, too. Only combined with contouring highlighting will have a positive effect. Also consider that your skin already is quite bright.
It might be difficult to get foundations that's suit you for contouring and hightlighting. I recommend just buying one nuance brigther than your standard foundation (i.e. the foundation that has your natural skin colour) to highlight and buying one nuance darker than your standard foundation to contour. Sometimes even 2 nuances darker are working well for contouring, but as I said you are already very light skinned and that might look weird.
After you got that stuff just look at the contouring/hightlighting picture of your choice and apply the foundation with a small brugh (after applying your standard foundation on your whole face, as usual). After doing that just blush in and you're ready to go.
It's easy once you have the right material at hands.

I am kinda an old fashioned person I think and I study history in college so I love that whole aesthetic. And yeah it's not a cardigan it's just a sporty jacket I was wearing since it was cold outside, I pulled it down to actually show the dress cause my partner wanted to see.

Try using blush on the outer reaches of your jaw to soften it also maybe contour your nose right between the nostrils on the bottom. Highlight crease between you chin and lower lip to bounce away light so it doesn't look at prominent. Other than that I think your makeup is nice. Contouring is a really cool thing to learn

One common mistake I see is a lot is plucking eyebrows from the top. Dont it flattens your brow, you want a curve from the bottom above your brow crest. you look good, just dem brows. Mine aren't good either but let a professional do them and if you went to one slit her throat
