Do I have the capabilities to pass?

I am a pre-hrt MtF trans chick on an NHS waiting list to be seen at a gender identity clinic because the NHS love their waiting lists. I was just curious on wheather or not I have the capabilities to pass and how well I pass at this moment in time.
