You can. Getting a vaginectomy is a different procedure. If you want testicles you can still have an opening but it will be partially blocked. It all depends a lot on the technique used and the doctor doing it.

That sounds pretty wrong. An actual functioning penis is very hard to create. On the other hand, for an MtF, it would be as straightforward as not discarding the phallus.

Technically its possible to make it with a skin graft from elswhere. Its just practically inpossible to find anyone willing to do it that way.

There is one example though with a picture of it. I believe she went to some kind of 'body mod' surgeon because its really obvious she's into that. The whole thing looks disgusting.
