So basically I don't really like how my face looks, and I've been wanting to gain weight to fill it out. I'm 5'7'' or 5'8'' and around 120 pounds. Now my waist is really small compared to my bust and hips, and I actually think I have a "perfect figure" in terms of measurements. So I'm worried that if I go on my weight gain quest just to help fix my face, it's going to make my waist/hip ratio worse or just make my body look more twinkhon-esque. Is this actually a concern I should have? Or am I exaggerating the risks?

Except that every red blooded man who posted in the "linetrap got fat" thread was drooling all over her.

She didn't put on a ton of weight though, just some love handles.
It very well could be you could lose your waist-to-hip ratio, BUT only if your waist to hip ratio isn't super big in general. How big is your waist and hips?
If it's really small, it wouldn't be a problem and you could just gain weight, of course only if you don't gain 30 pounds and don't have an apple body shape.

My waist is 24 and my hips are 34. I guess I will only try to gain 15-20 pounds then.

You're at a danger zone to be honest with you.
You haven't got big hips and your waist isn't awfully small for a female. While adding weight you need to look at your body, because if you go over the 20 pounds mark it will easily become twinkhon-esque.
