You have a right to your opinion, but what you want is impossible. Getting rid of workplace discrimination law now is never going to happen in the first world because we have firmly established the right not to be denied access to certain jobs based on your racial background, over the last few decades. Reversing this and allowing companies to have racially segregated hiring policies again would definitely result in very destructive race riots, possibly even civil war. So workplace discrimination law is here to stay and there is no good reason it should apply to racist discrimination but not homophobic/transphobic discrimination. Besides, this is the right thing. We all deserve to be judged on our merits, not our race, sexuality or gender identity.

I personally would never hire someone specifically on race. However if a white person always ranked better than a person of color I would follow who is the better person for the job.
