I actually lost a half an inch of height. I had been consistently measured as 6'0" by the nurse at HRT doctor appointments for most of the first year, and then the last couple appointments it has been measured at around 5'11".5. I was completely surprised because I always thought height loss was just a hon legend.

Well, here are some concrete psychological tips:
1. Read up on CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and look into ways to retrain your sex drives in a positive way. When you question your in the moment thinking about sexual situations, masturbatory or otherwise, it helps to question and consider what is attractive and try to be reasonable and honest with yourself.
2. Don't repress messed up thoughts, record them in writing and the like, and then take a personal inventory of what is going on. Be objective with yourself: don't be harsh or overly kind.
3. Stop worrying about stupid shit that doesn't actually have any negative outcome as of yet. If you actually feel like doing something terrible, then worry.

Ftm here- Been on T for about 2 years now.. Can't say I've suddenly wanted to fuck a dog, but I went from Bi to defiantly Gay. (But that could have totally been the case the whole time)
Other weird/random things include:
I lost the hair from the back of my calves, and have found that my body hair doesnt grow nearly as long/thick as it did previously.

Sexual appetite is totally out of control, and I've suddenly found myself liking large dudes, like FAT motherfuckers. Wasn't ever particularly into chubs before T.

I suddenly really want like greasy nasty fatty food all the damn time. Like I used to just eat when I was hungry and mostly craved like fruits and veggies, now all I want to do is eat sushi and pizza and fried noodles.

I started forgetting what I was like before hrt. Eventually my memories started changing (as they always do) to make it look like I've always been in the state I am now.

The forgetfulness effect was more obvious after I had surgery and I suddenly started remembering being post-op in situations that happened before I had surgery.

I'm just letting it happen because it's less jarring if I don't have to live with vivid memories of being a boy.
