So there's an issue with Bica where if you gain a lot of weight really fast it affects the medications by storing in the fat cells and temporarily unblocking, in a nutshell.
But does anyone know what the estimated weight is for such a thing to occur?

I've gained 2lbs on purpose to slow down my weight loss since it's going too fast, but that sudden 2lbs gain means I'm wondering if that means I need to slow down again, because the information about it doesn't specifically state at which weight gain would begin to affect medication, but just that it does.

If you talk to a generic doctor about it, they might put you on the right path, *maybe*, but keep in mind that's something they'll instantly push you to a psychologist for and it's a never ending cycle that doesn't help. You need to cut to the chase and look straight into gender diverse stuff, if you just want to be more feminine and not actually a girl, because regular people often think "Hormones? Must be transitioning!" when it's not black and white.

Bicalutamide needs Prostate Cancer; Raloxifene needs Osteoporosis. And I have neither.
For Bicalutamide I'll be paying 62.69$ for 28, and 36.69$ for Raloxifene. If I had cancer/osteo then it would be 5.30$ for each of them.
It may sound like a lot, but it's still cheaper than me ordering online. If this seems expensive compared to when you look at Inhousepharmacy keep in mind you can change currency to see the price differences, so it's cheaper online when you look at USD but not for AUD.

Sure, no problem. Glad to help and give an idea of what you could experience. I wished I had someone to lay some 'expectations' on me when I first started, just to keep an eye out with things.
Just keep in mind everyone's different, you may not get what I get, and may get what I havn't. Everyone's different-- But definitely keep in mind that change isn't always bad. If you feel a bit funny, it could be anything; Bad sleep, lack of proper food, etc.; Anything and everything is a factor and if one of those things lasted up to a week I would then get concerned, because hormones change your body a lot. Don't be a hypochondriac, but at the same time don't be a dolt and just run with problems for too long since it could be a serious issue. Keep a standard for yourself, mine was just 7 days.

Another thing to keep in mind is don't expect anything substantial to change until a month, and even then *very very minor* stuff. In 6 months you'll see changes for sure, but the hardest thing about gauging yourself is you wont notice anything until it's extreme, but others may.

I forgot the name of the system that controls hormones, but *don't fuck with it*, it's a fragile system in your body. Don't start and stop, and do your best not to skip any days. Think of it like walking on eggshells. Wiki/Google your medications and see the "half life" of them, to see how much leeway you have but try stick to every 24 hours; (i.e; Raloxifene is 27 hours of half-life which means I have a 3 hour lee-way of error but I still take them at exactly 6AM every morning)

I don't know what medications you're taking, but my experiences are with Bica/Ralox only. Just stay alert, be critical, but not hypochondriac and it should be fine.

Always happy to answer questions and stuff, and I try to help because it's serious stuff. I'm not like that Bio-chem Anon who was a great person to help us as he did, but I try help in other ways.

If you're getting a blood test your doctor should tell you what's good or bad. In their system it'll show a number and it'll be in red if it's bad.
For example all of my numbers were fine, but my testosterone was in red (at 6). I think 9 to 12 is good levels for hormones-- This was before I started taking Bica/Ralox though.
I'm getting another blood test next week, but what levels you want is questionable for how far you want to go exactly.

Raloxifene is a SERM (In a nutshell, estrogen that will either do estrogen things, or not--) but while it doesn't bind to your breasts, it may not also bind to other things so you may not get the desired effect you're looking for (slight feminization)

Half your dose now, stick to it for 2~4 weeks, then introduce half of Spiro (or Bica if you choose) and then 2~4 weeks and take the regular amount. If you have a doctor, ask them for certain, they'll know the best way to go about it; What I said is a general medication rule, cypro is heavy stuff.

Any useful tips on hair removal?
Pale skin with black coarse hair, especially on my chest and abdomen and back, I've tried shaving it, but ended up with hideous after shave shadow.
Epilating was extremely painful and didn't remove hairs.
Waxing strips were the same, except I got a bad case of acne breakout after using it.
Hair removal creams were better but I used 3 tubes to get of all the hair.
But it didn't last long after a week it all came back.
Sadly laser isn't an option.

This is simply from my experience, I started a low does of 100 mg spiro for 3 weeks before moving up to 200mg. I was also taking 1mg estrogen so that was also probably helping, but I noticed slightly slower hair growth, softer skin, and most prominently loss of libido, and by that I no longer felt the need to jerk off up too 3 times a day.

I have other values, it's that my values end where relationship begins. I'm apparently a great friend and I'm positive, I wont look past those. But those are not the things about myself that pull me back, I work hard to be such an amazing friend and maybe take it too far at times.
