I had pretty bad bottom dysphoria and it wasn't acceptable to present even a little tomboyish, let alone masculine. Now I had a bad temper even before testosterone, but after it, I actually had outbursts and so much aggressive energy (and little mind to curtail it) I ended up breaking a few things.
I do think it has something to do with me having so much anxiety, and I'd often get depressed after such outbursts. Started taking SSRIs and it seems to have helped me regulate my emotions considerably more.

Look into working out. To build muscle you need at least 1g of protein/lb of bodyfat. If you get enough exercise at work you might be able to get away with just doing bodyweight exercises. Then, when you finally get on T, you'll already have a good foundation of muscle to work with. Check out some exercises that are about functional strength.

I had top surgery and my nipples are not great looking, I scar really easily so for I have scars surrounding them like a star where the stitches were. Also part of one nipple rejected so a chunk of it is missing.

Knowing my outcome, I still would have chosen the graphs because tattoos don't have depth also you'd be looking like an alien for 2-3 until your scars fully heal before you could get them. There's something to be said of just getting surgery and being done with it. Also I'd much rather put my trust for good nipples on a surgeon than a tattoo artist but that's just me.
