a human has a material aspect to them and a social aspect

i.e who they are seen as by society and who they really are physically and mentally

these are inherent to the person

when you transition you change your physical body and your social existence as well

Dialectically, this would mean it's definitely appropriate to say that it's a dead name because the person is dead, but they are also not since relations define things and not the other way around
