And more. It's absurd and outdated. I went completely off-road. Self-medded and bootstrapped my medical transition from there. Got a script for HRT from a GP, laser from a private dermatology clinic, referrals for SRS I got from shrinks who only knew me as a woman and didn't usually deal with that. And with SRS done, I have full insurance coverage for everything else now. Avoided the gatekeeping circuit altogether but it took me a lot of legwork and smooth talking.

So, desu... That anon that dumped my old music last night really inspired me. I went back and listened to some 6-7 year old pieces and musical ideas.

I'm gonna hit my studio so hard here in a bit. I honestly have so many musical ideas I gotta let out. I haven't done a piece with lots of singing in ages so I'm gonna explore my voice today.

I'm gonna try to pioneer more with passing as female when I sing. I've got the range for it, it's just tough to keep that right of a formant while being relaxed and singing.

Maybe I'll be the first tranny vocalist that can overcome the gender of our voice in both speech and song.

Ok so just to clarify what I said earlier. When I say that circumcision makes no difference for Western surgeons, I mean that they generally assume you don't have one and have developed their techniques with that in mind. Thai surgeons may make use of the foreskin, but it is not critical. Your results aren't going to be bad if you're circumcised, but it is worth noting that the result may be better with a foreskin.
