I had it. More than a year ago in my late 20's. Went to McGinn, insurance paid part of it (1/3 or so) barely a couple months ago. As someone who just recently booked my surgery, I'm getting it because nothing else really feels right. I went from "Nah no srs for me" to "I want a vagina cause I'm not getting anything out of what I have now". i seriously doubt getting a penectomy is better than srs in this case. But it is true that un cut dicks are better for srs solely because there is more material for the surgeon to work with and being uncut helps with sensitivity. However if you are cut and can get off then i dont think sesitivity would be an issue for you. so the worse thing to take from this is that theres simply less material to work with which isnt as bad as it seems. If you have a fairly average sized peen you should be good but if you are small like micro small and also cut then yes you should be worried.

Same here. I'm extremely sceptical about the results of SRS in terms of how close it is to a real vagina.
I'm also a poorfag in a shithole country, so affording someone like Suporn who isn't a total butcher will take me over a decade of saving. All that for a very complicated surgery with substantial risks, long and painful recovery, and questionable result.

One of the problems is that there is very little reliable information about the results of SRS. I see an opposite situation. Most trans women in the West consider SRS a requirement and get it as soon as possible(usually after about 2 years of HRT).

I had SRS more than 2 years ago when I was 24 after more than 5 years of HRT with Mr Thomas a surgeon in the UK.
