I got an enema/douche bulb. It works pretty well. Water bottles work but it is uncomfortable and loud and does a deep clean so it might cause you to clean much more thoroughly and it to take much longer than necessary

In the crack? First wash with soap. Obviously. Then what I do is take a razor blade without the handle for maximum control and finesse and run it downward first and then sideways from the inside of the crack out. Be very gentle, use the fine trimmer blade only when necessary. Use your other hand to spread your ass and feel everywhere to see where there's still hair. Oh, and do it in the shower.
