My speech therapist said there was nothing more to do for feminisation and I didn't really train before meeting her. So we're working on developing presence and steadiness instead, working on lyrical singing too. All covered by insurance and we spend most of the session chatting and laughing. Testosterone is responsible for many different things aside from masculinizing you. Unbeknownst to many, it is the primary hormone for mood stability, mental well being, ambition, drive, energy, and satisfaction in life.

Having literally 0 testosterone is unhealthy unless you are someone so mentally broken you know how to function on it.

It's fine to be up to 80ug/dl. 0, 10, 20 is unhealthy. 20-80 is the ideal female range. Of all those qualities I listed above, there's a reason why women lack all those, but they're not quite as low as some of you now.

tldr take 25mg cypro once your test is low enough. Once your adrenal glands are sufficiently downgrading you will avoid Addison's Disease and feel a lot more better about everything by being on only 12.5 or 25.

To add to this thought - The 20 to 80 range is based on the menstrual cycle, testosterone peaks at 80 or so on the period. Hence why women get things like higher sex drive, acne and oily skin, etc, on their period.

So it's fine to be AT 80, that's the upper range, but it's not good to be under 20.

Hovering anywhere in between is fine, drifting above 80 might get you things you might not want, but you'll pretty much 'feel' it if you're passing 100.

I'm bouncing between temporary therapists and social workers. All have been cis, and all have been so much better than my first one. I met one social worker that worked in a juvenile detention center that actually met a lot of trans guys and girls, and was able to help me a lot. I can meet with her basically whenever, and she helped me figure out what I was going to do about food last week, but she got me connected with a potential permanent therapist. Her name is Alexis Lake - if you wanna call in to the local police for Lititz, PA, go for it. I'm just not sure whether it'll be worth it or not, or if it could even be considered child abuse. The problem with MGS5 is that the other MGS games had a clear structure and narrative to tell.

MGS5 had the beginning, plot twists, end, but everything in between was just not there and you fumbled around doing meaningless missions instead of something that fulfilled the story.

Not to mention it was literally 1/5 complete anyway, but the gameplay was so repetitive and tedious by chapter 2 I had to force myself to finish.

Yeah, it was pretty disappointing to say the least. The game was trying to tell you a story over tapes instead of experiencing it yourself.

I really wanted them to explore the angle of phantom limb syndrome and have more cutscenes about Venom going full nuclear and struggling with PTSD and all that.

Instead we get to play "gather fuel resources - the game".

No cutscenes or story or meaningful interaction with Skull Face or Cipher aside from vague mentions in tapes OVER AND OVER so you're fighting a literally faceless enemy.
