I always thought it was BS but now I'm not sure. Whenever I see my HRT doctor I always ask the nurse to measure my height, since I know that's probably a lot more accurate than trying to measure myself. Consistently I was measuring slightly above 6'0" most of my first year of HRT, and then a few months later when I was slightly past the one year mark, they measured my height to be just over 5'11" and a half. I was not slumping or anything, I stood straight up like I always do, since I take accuracy in these measurements seriously.

I'm hoping to lose more.

If you havent dont any hrt then ill be honest you got some good chance. your skin will get softer and all and besides the face you do excellent. Forehead aint an issue as its just the standart male jawline that alot of mtf struggle with.
