Anyone else feel like they're super limited in clothing options as a trans woman? I mean beyond things that are ruled out because bone structure, or if you don't pass/aren't full time yet. I've never bought a skirt or dress before because I feel like, even though I do pass, I'm not quite feminine looking enough for stuff like that. When you have a strong-ish jawline and chin, wearing plain andro stuff like t-shirt or flannel/button up and jeans seems to deflect attention away from it, whereas anything that's firmly on the female side of the spectrum magnifies your masculine features. It just feels a lot safer dressing androgynously, even though I really want to branch out some more.
Just wondering if I'm crazy or over thinking this, and maybe if I'm not alone I'm wondering what other people do about it.

Show them the numbers, point out the averages and standard deviations of male and female proportions, and try to get them to see that there IS a market for this.
