Short answer is female privilege.

Long answer is that we live in a society where women have little consequences for their actions. Women are also forgiven for their misdeeds. A great example of this is our criminal court system where even when records are the same women get lighter sentences, there cases are more likely to be acquitted and if they do go to jail they are more likely to receive early parole. Even after prison a woman with a violent offence is more likely to be employed than a man who went to prison for a non violent offence.

The worst part is that females are all but completely blind to this privilege and will deny it like crazy. I can garuntee a lesbian(feminist) will try to femsplain why women are actual disadvantaged by having every advantage society can give.
