There are very complex operations and yet they can't figure out ffs. Every single FFS I have seen in person looks awful and even when it doesn't look awful, the patient still looks male and uncanny, no matter how skilled or conservative the surgeon has been. What amazes me is that surgeons can do face transplants but they can't do FFS or at least the very good surgeons who do face transplants wouldn't want tranny patients because they see us as delusional men.

I don't care to look at this abomination desu. it's not a comparable procedure just because it takes place on a humans face. ffs can only do so much to curb a humans sex characteristics because it's unsafe after a certain point. take jaw shaving for example, you can damage nerves if you remove too much.
