Anon, I hate to be the one breaking this to you, but mind uploads are science FICTION. It's not even theoretically possible since brains don't have software. We could scan your brain and run a simulation of it, but that doesn't transfer your "mind" in any way, there would just be two brains that are very similar to each other.

Things sometimes go wrong when transplanting organs from strangers, let alone a whole body, and let alone a whole body that is of the opposite sex. Not to mention even if you somehow become compatible it's not possible to regain feeling of the body,though at least with exoskeletons one could probably move.
