As with most cases of expression I was mostly just afraid with shit self confidence. Went to see a band I liked, got front center spot right in front of band, only one in crowd not moving in any way, probably looked odd.

I can confirm this happened for me too. I can hardly imagine how it will be after SRS though, since that is literally the only thing holding me back now is the fear of something coming loose while out there shaking things.
An addition to the dancing is singing. I started singing so much.
