Your second pic looks ten times better than your first, I'm guessing the first one was taken at a much earlier time. Hairline shape (round and not a masculine box), eyebrows and the general shape of you face look feminine. Nose is inbetween. Honestly the only thing that looks out of place is your chin. Can't really tell with the brightness and angle but your chin looks way too big for your face making it look much longer. Fortunately it looks like its mostly bone and not mostly jaw, so eventually if you wanted, you could get a genioplastly and cut the height of your chin dramatically.

Maybe try posting another angle. Also don't play with your eyebrows and let a professional do them after they grow out.

Put two and two together and saw that you had pics on another thread (one's of you in femme). You do realize that there are tall women out there contrary to what everyone here wants you to believe. Honestly for someone your height making your head that much shorter would look weird. I'd say if you had "the works" you could pass as female despite your height. Lip lift and lip fillers, chin reduction, thinner nose, and cheek fillers (might get lucky with cheeks filling if you gain a little weight and your face rounds out). Right now it honestly looks like you haven't had any fat distribution at all.

This girl is 6'3 and looks a hell of a lot prettier and more cis than the basketball girls I hung out with in college.

In my defense you looking like hyde is 99% to do with your hair and beard shadow. Posting a pic here if you're going to dress in femme at least cover the beard shadow. With a grainy picture just need to cover it with something close to your skin color. Full coverage get an orange concealer or red lipstick (try both see what works better) and then foundation to match your skin tone (pressed powder or liquid for something a little stronger, but the liquid has to match your skin color precisely).

(This is why people should post multiple angles and definitely not one with the camera facing up), You have a nice head shape in general only thing that looks masculine in your picture is your squarish jaw and wide nose. Honestly give hormones a few months and see how it goes, i've seen women with your features so it might go well.

Find an area to take pictures with better lighting, make sure the area between your eye and eyebrow isn't dark like in the 2 pics.

Yeah you definitely have BDD, I have it too. Mine also feels like a bipolar-esque version too. One day I'm perfectly fine then I catch a bad angle glimpse of myself and think I look like a hideous man for days. It's horrible too because its not something you can treat overnight its taken me months of therapy to get over. You can't look at individual features you have to look at your face as a whole, and your entire face together reads female. Sure you have a big nose and squarish chin but those aren't male features, having a small nose and a rounded chin are beauty features for women, you are mistaking masculinity for what generally makes a beautiful feminine face. Hrt adds facial fat after a loooong time (1 yr plus) which your jaw area doesn't have now but with time will give it a more feminine rounded off appearance. Why do you think old women start looking like men? They start losing facial fat with a lack of Estrogen and their features look more pronounced with the lack of fat (which is why fat people tend to have a somewhat more feminine looking face.

Just let hormones do their work and stop over- analyzing everything you think is wrong. Otherwise you'll end up like the person in this picture ***Not Me*** She honestly thinks she looks like 100% male and she has become a horrible human being trying to project her insecurities everywhere. Not kidding here's a link to her posts. Sometimes you have to see how bad someone has BDD before you can realize that "hey maybe I have it too".

Spend a couple of months working on your voice and with shaped eyebrows + a feminine haircut and no one will read you as male. I think you would look great in makeup right now mascara and eyeliner above the eye only. Try that, post some new pics with a smile for once.

Yeah that's the point everyone here is saying the same thing about you, you clearly have it xD. Everyone has more masculine and more feminine pictures e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e (your first and third set look feminine, middle set looks masculine and the third one most of those pics look 100% cis female). Which is why people don't take pics with the camera pointing up under their chin, no one takes mug shot profile pics (unless they're trans xD) and no one takes those horrible pics with their mouth open half an inch like they are about to eat something (which you seem to think you should take 100 pics of).

A trick I was taught to deal with BDD is when you look at yourself look at only your eyes, then your brain frames the eyes with all your other features. Which makes sense because we are biologically inclined to look at someones eyes when we see them and the rest of the face is just there to frame it. Staring at other features and framing everything around them disrupts the process. Which is why you see ugly male everyone else sees female.

You only get over the disorder by avoid looking and obsessing about yourself. Keep as few mirrors in the house as possible and get a hobby.

I can obsessively take pics but it won't fix my face, which is fucked for passing as a girl, let alone not male. Not really seeking more pity at this point, I just don't know what to do. I've been sitting around wasting away mentally and physically. All I feel is near suicidal crushing dysphoria or numbness. Sometimes I have moments where I feel like I don't want to die, like maybe I still want to be able to experience the beautiful things in life, like looking down from the top of a mountain, but then I look in the mirror. I'm scared I'm going to end up a statistic and there was nothing I could do except put up a losing fight

Your chin looks fine, and you look completely feminine in those pics. However it looks like you have an underbite getting that fixed might give you a softer feminine appearance. The best part is that's not even really for cosmetic purposes or at least in terms FFS. Seeing an orthodontist, they would be able to explain all the benefits including health benefits for getting it realligned
