The first 6 months were skin changes and creases rounding out. I started out really bony and did daily stretching thinking it might help. after about a year I could do the splits mostly in some positions and was able to poke at my hip fat and at 2 years I was 38" hips total and struggling to fit into a lot of jeans. I still can't fully do the splits and I have to hold on to furniture

I'm a cis male, and I used to be auschwitz level skinny. Because your waist can shrink with low weight but your hips can't (since it's bone), it made me look like I have particularly wide hips. When I gained weight and muscle mass, it became more even.
