Yes and maybe?

You can change how you speak very effectively. Record yourself speaking then listen to it in play back. Repeat while making changes and notes of things you perceive as "gay voice." Protip: maybe try reading some cast worthy speeches or.monologues...Work on your public speaking or acting skills at the same time, or speaking in another language than your native one(s)!

This is something anyone in telecommunication/radio/YouTube does, even less intently. It's also how that radio voice developed as a thing, from my understanding.

It will sound weird to listen to yourself and results won't be immediate, but you'll see changes for sure.

As for gay face I'm not sure what that is exactly... I will say plastic surgery will probably make a man at least look gayer than the regular face. Elaborate and I'll see what I can think of? :3
