I think this can be possible in 4 different potential scenarios.

One: those cis girls are probably using you as a prop to appear oh-so accepting and tolerant by having a visibly obvious transgender person as their "friend" in order to gain "millennial progressive points".

Two: those cis girls are probably using you as a social statement accessory. Kind of similar to the valley girl's gay BFF during the 90s. Where they would go shopping together and talking about hot boys they would date, but never get intimate with each other.

Three, you're probably a hon and those cis girls have taken pity on you. They view you as a broken or socially alienated person and try to be your only friends.

Four, you actually pass quite well for a female, and those cis girls probably didn't recognize you as a transgender or know that you were assigned male at birth. Therefore, they treat you like you were just another cis girl, as one of their own.
