Yes this is why they say people have buns of steel and rock hard abs. The more you exercise the more iron goes to your ass cheeks and your abs buildup calcium deposits making your abs as hard as limestone.
The bones in your shoulder sit on top the muscle because humans used to be able to fly so those are vestigial wing attachments.
