AAs only really give you feminizing effects just from lack of T. They give no advantage over removing your nuts. It's E that gives you the real effects and you can't get any better than that really. Synthetic estrogens are usually all horribly unhealthy.

Yes but synthetic estrogens are a colloquial name to mean things like ethinyl estradiol. With estradiol you'd just say it's bioidentical even though technically it is synthesized.
