Isn't it strange to take drugs intended for prostate cancer patients or post menopausal women?
Has any development even started on molecules designed to alter secondary sexual characteristics without side effects?
Big pharma is really disappointing. And if you say it's because trans people are not a big enough market, think about the hair loss market which would also benefit.

AAs only really give you feminizing effects just from lack of T. They give no advantage over removing your nuts. It's E that gives you the real effects and you can't get any better than that really. Synthetic estrogens are usually all horribly unhealthy.

Yes but synthetic estrogens are a colloquial name to mean things like ethinyl estradiol. With estradiol you'd just say it's bioidentical even though technically it is synthesized.
