Since everyone else is silent, I'll try to answer this... as little as I know about it. There is some chance of it happening but no guarantee. Only prolactin would guarantee it. Sadly, prolactin's OTHER effects are very similar to anti-androgens.

Lactating seems really rare. You might get some fluids from your nipples as they start growing though, but you won't really produce anything more than a drop or two if you squeeze them probably.

Although even cis men can lactate under the appropriate stimulation (sucking/pumping etc.) I think. And I have also heard that a transwoman was able to induce lactation by experimenting with prolactin and stuff.

But on normal HRT it's not so likely. If you have someone to suck on your breasts every day and think motherly thoughts then it might actually shift your hormones into making it more likely, I suppose.

I have several questions:

I'm currently on 4mg of Estrofem that I'm taking sublingually and I'd like to know how that transfers to injections.

You probably have to buy syringes and needles separarely. You want a smaller diameter (higher gauge) needle for the injection, probably like 27G. What you can do is use a low gauge needle to suck up the estrogen from the ampoule, and then remove the needle from the syringe, and swap on a 27G needle, and then inject yourself. Or you could probably just do it all with a 27G, but it might be a hassle to suck up all the estrogen with such a small needle. ymmv but anyway here:

Needles are cheap though (100 pcs is like 12$). So if you want to make sucking up the drug easier you could get 18G needles for that purpose and then like 27G for injection. For like $20-25 it could last you about 2 years so it's not really a huge investment.

Also you don't need to necessarily get 27G, but I think that's what I used when I did injections, if I remember correctly. Anyway, smaller needles are easier to bend and take longer to draw/inject but they hurt less and don't do as much damage to the tissue.

Look up how to open ampoules properly too.

Also make sure you change sites if you feel a strong tingling or pain because that's a nerve, and always remember to draw the needle up and check for blood before injecting. If you see blood come up into the needle you need to change sites because otherwise you'll inject into a blood vessel (bad).

So, I'm trying to enter the system and I want to be able to communicate how long I have been self medicating to the doctor. I also kinda just want to know in general. So, what do you think an equivalent timespan of continuous normal doses is that corresponds to my dosage history?

Is it even worth it to get Finasteride if you're on Cypro?

My last test showed my T levels at 25 and that was after 1 and a half months on Spiro and 3 weeks on Cypro.

I'm two months on Cypro now. Just went from 50mg to 25mg.

I don't believe lsd has any drug interactions other than maybe with certain antidepressants due to serotonin syndrome. It doesn't have any sort of liver interactions or anything so you should be just fine.

I've never tried masturbating on acid, I've tried it once on mushrooms but could never orgasm. Not being able to orgasm is common on psychedelics though since orgasming is all tied into the serotonin/dopamine system and when you're high that's all screwy. There's nothing you can do about it though, it's just a side effect.

Over the past couple of months I've had spots of hyperpigmentation appearing on my areola. Could this be caused by too high a dose of estrogen?

(I can't ask my doctor, because she will likely stop my other prescriptions if she finds out that I'm self medding)

question about hairlines, mine is pretty low in the centre and i don't think it's begun receding but i have a pretty noticeably large widow's peak the sides are like an inch higher than the middle.

this happened to me when i nuked my T so effectively with degarelix that my QTc jumped to about 480.
unlike the person in OP image, i liked having my libido kill tho.

when it comes to using androgenic compounds as a tranny or anyone else who doesn't want to virilize, i wish SARMs (selective androgen receptor modulators) were more available and affordable.
their anabolic:androgenic ratio gets really high, so brilliant for protecting bone mineral density and muscle mass, whilst not affecting you in ways that turn you into a neanderthal lunk.

i don't know if things like RAD-140, LGD-4033 or MK-2866 help shorten the QT interval though. i also dunno how they would affect your energy, mood or libido. might be worth lookin up.

i personally don't want any bioidentical androgens or AAS' in me at all. SARMs I would be willing to try.

I'm extremely stupid, so i want to clarify this.
I checked the hormone level site (http://www.hemingways.org/GIDinfo/hrt_ref.htm) and noticed that hormones for women vary based on the menstrual cycle. What dose should i take as a mtf? do I wanna "recreate" this menstrual cycle with my hormones too or just take them like every day or so?~

Alright I just bought another lab test after I took my sublingual estrogen a few hours after my last one and messed up the results.

I don't want to take any chances this time so I'm gonna ask a pretty dumb question.

Should I take my estrogen and AA the night before the test? I usually take it at 9:30pm and my test is scheduled for 10am.

Also, should I be fasting for this test? I planned on it but didn't know if it was required.

Here are my last test results for reference. How are my levels for (then) 2 and a half months?

I found out my doc is fucking me with meme dosages. They gave me 1mg of estrodiol and 25mg of spiro a day for 90 days.

Everyone one i talk to says that i am fucked and that those dosages are pathetic.

I am going to the doctors on the 8th, how do I confront them about this?

What kind of estradiol did you get prescribed?
My estrogen tests got me over 100 pg/ml with only 1mg/day of estrace.

However with 200mg spiro/day I still had too much of testosterone. I am on 400/day now, and my doc is considering trying another anti-androgen if it isn't effective.
25mg of spiro is not nearly enough, I started at 100mg/day.
