Ok lets do a cream mushroom parmesan sauce for some filet mignon or some other non fatty cut of meat.

This is going to be like ultra rich, so unless you're planning to gain weight and/or have heart problems I wouldn't reccomend for an everyday meal.

Let's see.

Get some 11 crimini mushrooms and slice them thicc (3 pieces per mushroom...maybe four)
1/2 an onion-diced
2 garlic cloves-smashed
1/3 bar of butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated if you're a snob)
1/2 cup wine
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Worcestershire sauce.

Meat of your choice...go with a non fatty cut like filet mignon, which are the ones that benefit tastewise most from fatty sauces.

Ok put a skillet on med fire while you do your prepwork. Skillet should be hot when you're ready to cook.

Salt your steak. Add oil. Put steak in pan. Wait until it browns on one side, flip over wait until it browns on the other side put steak on a plate and let it rest. This will be like 2 minutes per side for a med rare steak, you can overcook if you want it to.

Add diced onions and garlic to pan, let them brown and soak up all of your meat browning. Add a little salt, then the mushrooms, add butter, toss around when it's melted add the flour. When the flour is turning golden add the wine and stir with a spatula, lifting all the flour stuck to your skillet, add two dashes of worcestershire sauce, add the cream, stir....reduce fire o a mid low.

When the sauce is thicc to your liking add the parmesan and stir. Taste the sauce and add salt and pepper to your liking.

Pour on your steak, et voilà! Oh you pbably should have bought some crusty artisanal white bread to accompany you and soak up the sauce.
