California is now encouraging the intentional and deceptive spread of HIV.

The laws being repealed by State Bill 239 made it a felony to hide your HIV status and then give someone HIV on purpose.

Now those laws are being removed. So you can hide your HIV status and then give someone HIV on purpose without facing a felony. This means you can post to facebook "Going to spread aids tonight to some unsuspecting person" and then go do it without facing a felony .
