I'm still a guy, I'm still in the closet and pre everything.

I really hate my genitals to the point where I've nearly cut them off in the past, but transitioning isn't possible.
In the mean time I'm stuck as a guy, and while I hate it at least T means that I can naturally lift pretty well.

Without T it's hard to really get in to lifting. Cis women have /some T/, that's why you can still have female weight lifters, but if you're on spiro/cypro then you're not really going to have any so building muscle is tricky.
