I know how crazy I can be and am, for the past 5 years I've had on off suicidal thoughts, at it's peak every day for nearly half a year.

I know of my past psychotic and manic episodes, they aren't as intense, but I'm much better than what I once was.

I was on the brink of checking myself into an institution.

I'm glad I didn't I read how big of traps they are, don't rehabilitate and sometimes worsen problems.

These will more likely show up on hiring records, potential loans, who knows. Point being, it's not something that excites me.

I read tons of psych books, philosophy, self help and took up meditation.
