I had partial FFS with Dr. DB. I'm very happy with the results. I had forehead contouring, trach shave, fat transfers to face, and rhinoplasty. I'm very happy with my results. My adam's apple is completely flat and my voice didn't get damaged at all (although I got lucky and didn't have a very prominent adam's apple to begin with). My brow ridge is completely gone. My horrible man-nose is gone. I can actually look in the mirror now and not feel like total shit.

I'm going to go back to him again for a consult for chin and jaw work. I believe in splitting FFS up and not doing it all at once, because I think it gives the best aesthetic outcome, which is why I waited on that (I can afford to do that).

I'm kind of mystified by the previous result that was posted here. Eyebrows raised too high, crooked nose, and I'm not even sure what happened to the eyes. Maybe she's still swollen? I don't know. All I know is that it doesn't reflect my experience and results with him.

I will say. He is expensive. I wouldn't have gone with him if my parents weren't paying for it. Looking back, I feel like I probably could have easily gotten the same results from many other cheaper surgeons. He's good at what he does, but you pay out the ass.
