I've got the same problem. Just been reading and playing my modded copies of FO4 and Skyrim since I've been losing interest in most games.

Try the Divinity games (2 and OS are both bretty good), Dragon's Dogma, Saint's Row (not my favorite, but I don't like GTA either), Tomb Raider, The Longest Journey (heard great things. Barely played it myself), and Beyond Good and Evil (see parenthesis for Longest Journey). Seconding Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing as well.

Are the Style Savvy games actually good though? Messing with outfits was always one of my favorite part of Bethesda/Sims/MMO games.

If you like character customization (and cute clothes), you'll love them. If I recall, /cgl/ and /fa/ were fucking obsessed with them at one point. I've played the demo for girls mode 2 a few times, and I can confirm it's extremely feature-rich, and has tons of options not only for clothes, but for hairstyle and make-up too. It also makes heavy use of the clock and date settings, so different stores and clothes are only available at different times of the week/day IRL, which is pretty cool, very animal crossing-esque. Running your own boutique is fun as well.

I tried this and I only did it out trying to help out a guy who wanted to kill himself from doing it. Ever since he posted a link to him singing I just couldn't bear myself to let him feel lonely so I role-played as his misses.
