Before transition/hrt I definitely thought I wanted the second, but from /pass/ threads I've gathered I'm very much the first type and I'm learning to live with that

Can you pick that but permenantly stay in boy mode? Have everyone thing you're an unaturally pretty boy and get admiration and love that way?

If I'm visibly trans, everyone will see me as my birth gender so I'll take the second option.
