Not a true passer, not a hon. Those two ends of the scale are both maladjusted. Both have severe psychological issues. Whereas the middle bunch tend to be fairly stable after HRT and a year or so of transition. Yeah they still have their ups and downs, but they are no where near as crazy and militant as the two ends of the spectrum.
