Your best bet is to start saving cash and use all this time you have to do actual research, firstly through web, there's sites like realself.com
That have databases with pictures from clients (mostly cis since this one example I'm giving you is more for stuff like lipos and breast implants).

Then check the doctor names and clinics near you and try to mark an appointment or ask for more info (sometimes they have their own sites too).

Never trust in shit like susans or even 4chan, do your own research and don't jew out on plastic surgery because you only have one go at it, well most of the time.

for example here's what I do when I started checking that real self one (I was searching for implants).
Anyways I tried to find as many before pics that looked like my body and then the ones that had an after that I liked.

I basically found like 5 or so in californa and one in texas, now I'm in the process of setting an appointment and talking to the doctors to see what I will do next.

Hey guys, just dropping by to remind you that everyone on earth takes angled selfies. More generally, everyone takes specially angled photographs that make them look better. It's a very common practice of photography. Most cis women would not "pass" if they had to take an unangled pic!

When people see you in real life, they see a 3-dimensional image of you. Their eyes are constantly darting around and watching you move, watching you talk, watching you walk. You are a moving 3D construct in their field of vision. Thus the image of you that is seen in photographs is actually completely different than the image people really see of you. Most people know this, if they see a photo of you they say "Oh he/she/they look(s) really good in that photo" they don't say "That must be what they look like in real life"

So my point is there's nothing wrong with taking angled pics, they do capture an image of you but it is distinct from the one that people will really see, and that doesn't mean that the image of you that people really see is ugly. In fact, it is likely to look better than an "unangled" pic of you because people will see the whole 3d picture
