I don't think multiple orgasms are impossible for cis men, but it does require that you essentially decouple ejaculation and orgasm...you need to do the latter without doing the former, as it's ejaculation (not orgasm) which induces a refractory period. If you can train yourself to orgasm without ejaculating, you shouldn't lose your erection or arousal, and should be able to orgasm again.

You should look into that if it's really multiples you're after.
